A three-star on Taleghani Street, the long east-west road that runs past the old United States embassy compound, opposite the Chamber of Commerce. Four room types only, from a double let to one person up to a triple, so it is a small operation on a busy central street.

A two-star just above Valiasr Square, down Farshid Alley beside the Esteghlal cinema, off the busiest north-south street in the city. Eight room types up to a four-bed suite, and both the triple and the largest suite have balconies, which is rare at this price in central Tehran.

Three rooms on Yemen Street in Velenjak, high on the northern slope near the Tochal gondola. Three-star, sleeping one to three. Cool and quiet, and a long ride from anything historic.
