We only collect what you choose to give us. When you use a form on this site (contact, consultation, trip request, visa application, money & exchange, or newsletter), we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, and the trip or request details you provide.
If you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares (name and email).
We do NOT collect card or bank details on this website — no online card payments are taken here.
How we use your information
To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and arrange the services you ask for; to send you updates about your request; and, only if you opt in, to send occasional news.
Your submissions are stored in our own content system and notified to our team by email and messaging so we can respond quickly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers needed to arrange your trip (for example hotels, guides, and drivers) and with the infrastructure providers that run this website — currently our hosting provider (Hetzner) and our content-delivery and bot-protection provider (Cloudflare).
