A six-room guesthouse on Bid Abadi Street, near the Masjed-e Seyed in the northern old town. One of the six rooms has no window, which is worth asking about when you book. Rooms sleep one to four.
Triple · Double Standard
A hostel rather than a hotel, in a courtyard house on Neshat Street. Alongside private rooms there are dormitories sleeping eight, ten and twelve, with separate women's and men's rooms; some share bathrooms and some have their own. The cheapest way to sleep in the old quarter, and the most sociable.
Double · Twin · Triple
A one-star between the Hakim Mosque and Darvazeh Dolat, in the old streets north of the bazaar. Six room types up to a quadruple; the singles are sold separately as upper floor and lower floor, and each also comes in a cheaper grade.
