Ten room types, and six of them, from the single up to the four-bed, have no private bathroom or toilet; the other four do. Read the room name before booking, because the difference in comfort is larger than the difference in price.

A six-room three-star on West Motahari Street beside the Felezi bridge, on the north bank. Rooms sleep one to four. Small, and central to the river rather than to the bazaar.
Twin · Double · Triple
A six-room guesthouse on Bid Abadi Street, near the Masjed-e Seyed in the northern old town. One of the six rooms has no window, which is worth asking about when you book. Rooms sleep one to four.
Triple · Double Standard
A hostel rather than a hotel, in a courtyard house on Neshat Street. Alongside private rooms there are dormitories sleeping eight, ten and twelve, with separate women's and men's rooms; some share bathrooms and some have their own. The cheapest way to sleep in the old quarter, and the most sociable.
