About us and these terms

Iran All Tours is a licensed Iranian travel agency. By using www.iranalltours.com you agree to these terms.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form on this site sends us a request — it is not a confirmed booking. A trip, service, or booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you in writing.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site are indicative until we confirm them for your specific trip. You do not pay anything to start — we answer first, and you decide after.

Because of sanctions, foreign Visa and Mastercard do not work in Iran. Payment is by the methods we agree with you (for example payment on arrival or bank transfer). No card details are collected on this website.

Visa assistance

Where we assist with a visa application, our fee is $30 per granted visa, payable only after your visa is approved. We help prepare and submit your application, but we cannot guarantee the decision of any government authority.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information, hold a valid passport, and follow local laws during your trip. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance.

Our role and liability

We arrange and coordinate travel services, working with local providers. The extent of our liability, and how we handle events outside our control (force majeure), is [to be defined with legal counsel].

Intellectual property

The text, images, and design on this site are owned by Iran All Tours or used with permission, and may not be reused without our consent.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Iranian law.

Local guides — how the program works

Local guides listed on this site are independent Iranian guides, not our employees. We verify each guide's identity before their profile goes live, and we review what they publish.

Bookings run through us. You pay Iran All Tours, and we pay the guide. That is deliberate: it means you have someone to hold responsible if something goes wrong on the ground, rather than a private arrangement with a stranger.

Guide commission

Where we introduced the traveler, our commission is 40% of the booking. Where the guide brought their own client and uses our system, it is 10%. When the same traveler books the same guide again, it is 10%.

A traveler we introduced stays attributed to us for 12 months, so a repeat trip in that window is still booked through the platform.

Guides are paid after the tour is completed, once a short dispute window has passed. The exact commission for a booking is stated in the guide's contract before it is accepted.

What we ask of guides

Guides must keep their profile truthful — their own photos, real experience, and honest licence claims. They must follow the agreed itinerary, use licensed drivers, brief travelers honestly about local law and dress, and report any incident to us the same day.

Guides may not exchange direct contact details with a traveler before a booking exists, and may not take a traveler we introduced off the platform. Guides may not review themselves or pressure travelers for reviews. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

Strikes and removal

A first confirmed breach is a warning. A second suspends the guide's profile. A third removes them from the program. We apply the same ladder to every guide.

Serious cases — a safety failure, a false identity, or taking a traveler we introduced off-platform — can lead to immediate removal, and any commission owed remains payable.

Messaging between travelers and guides

When you message a guide through this platform, those messages are relayed through our systems, stored, and monitored. We do this for your safety and to keep bookings on the platform, and it is disclosed again inside the messaging itself.

Messages containing direct contact details are held for review rather than delivered immediately, and our team decides whether to release them. This applies to both travelers and guides.

Reviews of guides

Anyone who has traveled with a guide may leave a review. Every review is read by our team before it appears, and a star average is only shown once a guide has enough reviews for it to mean something.

A review marked "verified traveler" is one we could confirm traveled with us. We remove reviews that are fake, paid for, or abusive, and we do not remove a review simply because a guide dislikes it.
