Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

Draft. This document is a starting point pending review by Iran All Tours and legal counsel — it is not yet a binding agreement. Items marked […] must be completed before publication.

This policy explains what information Iran All Tours collects when you use www.iranalltours.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Iran All Tours is a licensed Iranian travel agency. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Iran All Tours.

For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights below, contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you use a form on this site (contact, consultation, trip request, visa application, money & exchange, or newsletter), we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, and the trip or request details you provide.

If you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares (name and email).

We do NOT collect card or bank details on this website — no online card payments are taken here.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and arrange the services you ask for; to send you updates about your request; and, only if you opt in, to send occasional news.

Your submissions are stored in our own content system and notified to our team by email and messaging so we can respond quickly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers needed to arrange your trip (for example hotels, guides, and drivers) and with the infrastructure providers that run this website — currently our hosting provider (Hetzner) and our content-delivery and bot-protection provider (Cloudflare). [Full processor list — to confirm.]

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to run the site, plus optional analytics cookies that are set only if you agree — see our Cookie Policy and the Google Analytics section below for details.

Google Analytics

If you accept the "Audience measurement" cookie category, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages travellers use. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as our processors for this.

What is processed: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and the two _ga cookies described in our Cookie Policy. We do not send Google your name, email address or booking details.

How long: event data is kept for 14 months, after which Google deletes it.

Where: data may be processed in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the legal basis for that transfer.

Your choice: this only ever happens if you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in our footer — withdrawing is as easy as consenting and takes effect immediately.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security and international handling

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our services operate across international infrastructure and, given the nature of travel to Iran, some processing may take place in or involve Iran [details — to confirm with counsel].

Local guides — what we collect

To join the guide program we ask for a guide's name, email, city, and the details shown on their public profile. To verify identity we also require a national ID (kart-e melli) and the photo page of a passport, and we ask for a phone number and address. Where a guide claims the official Iranian tour-guide card, we ask for the card and its number.

We collect this to confirm that a real, identifiable person is guiding our travelers. Guides upload it themselves and can see what they have provided.

What is never shown publicly

A guide's ID documents, ID number, phone number, address, licence card number, email address and any messaging identifier are private. They are visible only to the guide themselves and to our team — never on the public site, and never through our public API.

A guide's public profile shows only what they chose to publish: name, photo, biography, languages, specialities, services and prices.

Reviews and traveler details

When you review a guide, the name you give and the text you write become public once we publish the review. Your email address, if you provide one, stays private — we use it only to confirm that you traveled with us, and it is never shown on the site.

Messaging data

When you message a guide through this platform, we store and monitor those messages, as described in our terms. Guides receive them through a Telegram relay we operate, so their replies also pass through us. We keep messages while the booking is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a dispute.

Keeping and deleting guide data

We keep identity documents for as long as a guide is active in the program, and for a limited period afterwards where we are required to. A guide who leaves the program can ask us to delete their profile and documents, and we will do so except where we must keep records of completed bookings.

To ask about your data, or to have it removed, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
